How It Works

We made this short guidance to get you familiar with the process of designing and working procedures we're practicing, and to make the entire process more enjoyable and freed from possible dilemmas and doubts.

- Once we receive your submitted request, our sales team will make an price estimation based on your request, and upon receiving confirmation from your side, we will connect you with one of our phenomenal artists.

- Inside an introductory email from the artist, you will receive the link for the deposit.

-By making that payment, you officially initiate the process of tattoo designing. Making a deposit is vital to our system and letting us know that the customer is committed to the design and ready to start. It prioritizes your project, among dozens of requests we're receiving each day.

- Upon short conversation regarding the concept you would like to develop into tattoo design, the artist will start work on the first sketch. Usual time frame for receiving each sketch is 24-48 hours.

-Once you review the first sketch and talk to your artist, you have two choices:

1. Receive a full refund of your deposit.
2. Continue working on the design and more on to the more detailed version, implementing the change you would like.

-Once you continue with your design your deposit is now non-refundable, however you still have to approve the final design.

- Our artists are the " crème de la crème " of the artistry world, and in most cases clients are satisfied with the initial sketch. However, you'll have the right to request an unlimited amount of revisions for the next 2 weeks or 10 business days.

- Once you're satisfied with the sketch, or reach a time limit for revisions, you will get another payment link for the process of finalization.

- When the second installment is paid, your artist will start work on the finalization process.

- In a very short period, you will receive finalized design. (along with the stencil line art to ease the job of your tattoo artist, in case you worked with us on tattoo design).
